San Miguel Premium

It is Halloween today, I am not in the mood to party in the clubs in Fort Taguig instead I headed to Cafe Ysabel with mom and Auntie Vibian for relaxing bottle of beer after a long day's work in the office. Month-ends in MSI-ECS is a killer I am telling you. At first I ordered a bottle of San Mig Light but then I remembered that there is a new beer that San Miguel Brewery recently launched. It is called, San Miguel Premium. It is made of All-Malt beer. They serve the beer with an expensive looking glass to compliment the feel that you are in fact drinking a premium quality beer from the brewery of San Miguel. This truly gives you a feel of drinking the best!

San Miguel Premium is priced higher than its other counterparts such as San Miguel Dry, San Miguel Pale Pilsen and San Miguel Light. I believe its price is thrice as much as compared to the other San Miguel's.

Homi Pancit Canton - Chicken BBQ Flavor

Homi's Chicken BBQ Flavor pancit canton is one of the most delicious pancit cantons I tasted that is available in the market today. I am sure one will not notice this brand since there is a much more famous brand, Lucky Me! But I am telling you this is worth a try. It costs Php 7.60 per pack only. When cooked, you can actually smell the char-grilled taste. Talk about yummy! =)

Bvlgari Pour Homme Aqva Marine

Since last May 31, 2008, I have been longing to buy Bvlgari's new perfume, the Aqva Marine Pour Homme. First saw and smelled this at Rustan's Makati. I just wished to own one but I couldn't afford it yet since it has a heavy price tag.. worth Php 4,400++

Its been 5 mos. and I am able to buy one already. I am so excited!! I bought a 100ml variant in Shoppesville in Greenhills at Adams. It is not worth Php 4,400 like the one I saw in Rustan's Department Store, believe it or not, it is only Php 1,600.00. Incredible isn't it? Well, they are selling the tester bottles that is why. It is not legal to sell these but with a price cut of more than 50% why not right? Thank God for Adams. It is where you can buy cheap but original perfumes of your choice.

Bvlgari is one of the perfume manufacturers that produces great scents both for Men and Women, in the perfume and fashion world, they term it as Pour Homme and Pour Femme (French).

Besides Bvlgari's Extreme and Aqva Marine, I also love Armani's Acqua De Gio and Mania, Clinique's Happy, Kenzo's Air and Classic, cK's one and be and one summer. Isn't it obvious that I love perfumes? =)

Philips In-Ear SHE9700 Headphones

What is a good MP3 player without a good headphone? After scouting and searching in the retail shops as well as researching and surfing on the net, I finally made a decision. It is a Philips SHE9700 In-Ear Headphone that would be best for my new 6th generation iPod.

I'm a big fan of Philips headphones. I used to own a Philips SHE9500 In-Ear Headphone with my Creative Zen Vision:M before. But with the new iPod, I said to myself, I should have a new headphone as well. Instead of buying another SHE9500, I bought the SHE9700 instead. Spent Php 1,600.00 at Microstation - Virramall today for this one.

The newest models of Philips, which are SHE9800 and SHE9850 is too much for me, costs Php 3999.00 and Php 4899.00 respectively. I will not spend that huge amount of money for a headphone. NO way!

When I reach home, I quickly detached the packaging and tried what this SHE9700 offers, to my surprise, it surpassed my expectations. The sound quality is great, the words and instruments are clear and crisp. What is really fascinating with this new headphone is that it's bass is superb. You can actually feel and hear the "thump" of the bass on this headphones. A must have for every MP3 lover. Affordable and offers the best value for money. Head to your nearest audio store and get yourself one, remember it is the Philips SHE9700 In-Ear Headphones.

Sugi Japanese Restaurant - Greenhills

It is always very cozy, homy and warm to come back to restaurants wherein you basically grew up with. Upon entering the establishment, you are greeted with smiles and the normal "Kamusta po!" meaning How are you? As you search for Ms. Tina, the ever sweet and cool head waitress in Sugi Greenhills.

Who can go wrong in Sugi? Order anything on the menu because you are sure that it will be served to you exquisitely delicious. From the famous Ebi Tempura, Beef Tepanyaki, Japanese Fried Rice to the dishes that is truly Japanese. You are also sure that you will be served 100% fresh sashimi, whether it be tuna, salmon, uni (sea urchin)... you name it, they have it... FRESH!

This is one of the few restaurants that built its foundation in our hearts... and of course our tongues as well. We will always go back to Sugi for a good and sumpteous Japanese meal.

Sugi is located in Greenhills, San Juan City and Greenbelt 2, Makati City

iPod 6th Generation

Just want to share to you what I recently bought for myself, it is the 6th generation iPod Classic. the iPod Classic now comes in 120gb only. The exterior design looks exactly like the 5th generation that has 80gb, 120gb and 160gb sizes but the software of this new generation is different. It has now a "genius" feature.

The genius feature in this new generation is, according to the website of Apple, I quote: "Say you’re listening to a song you really like and want to hear other tracks that go great with it. With a few clicks, the new Genius feature finds the songs in your library that go great together and makes a Genius playlist for you. You can listen to the playlist right away, save it for later, or even refresh it and give it another go. Count on Genius to create a mix you wouldn’t have thought of yourself."

It has games as well. You can play any games that you want as long as it is fit in the software of the new iPod Classic.

This is my very first iPod. I bought this as a gift for myself. Because I surpassed the 6mos. probationary period and I was made regular by my boss already. I was also promoted to a Product Manager position as well. Handling both Targus Carrying Cases and Accessories as well as a new product, Ozaki speakers. I believe this is a good reward for myself. I own a Creative Zen Vision M before. I bought this at Singapore. It is still in good condition and it is still working really well... any takers? hehehehehe selling it for... hmmmm.... Php5,000?

Party Games at Astoria Plaza

Who says party games are for kids? Who says adults can't have fun? Think again! Because I was invited to join with the gang of Dek in Astoria one Saturday and yes, we played games. First game we played is the mooncake dice. The mooncake dice is a celebration of the Mooncake Festival in China or their Mid-Autumn Festival. This has been a tradition of the chinese since time and memorial. Since we are Filipino-Chinese, we then celebrate our chinese holidays as well. It is already late to play but still they managed to pull it together and made it happen. Thanks to Ivan, Eng, Noelle and Dek for inviting me. It was hella fun!!! Prizes for the dice are as follows: 1st Prize = Php 600.00 / 2nd Prize = Php 200.00 / 3rd-6th Prize = groceries. Each one of us must contribute and pay Php 300.00. Second game we played is Charades. Charades has always been an all-time favorite. It is so fun to play and very competitive as well since there are teams trying to out beat each other. Our theme for the charades are movies both foreign and local. They still played Bingo after that but I headed home since it is already 2 in the morning. It was so fun and very unforgettable. Thanks guys for inviting me!

Peri Peri Roasting at Promenade

We decided to have a change for our dinner this time. It is hard brainstorming with one another where we will eat and what cuisine appeals to our palettes. At first, we decided that we will dine in Cibo since they have many antipasta dishes already. Me myself, I don't mind since I am a pasta lover.

While walking at the corridor of The Promenade, dad spotted Peri Peri Chicken. We were hesitant at first but then we gave in and allowed Dad to pick the restaurant this time. At first, I am awed already since they remodelled their restaurant. The last time looked very fast foodish type but right now it looks more classy. I ordered the Peri Peri Chicken with a side order of toasted tortilla. I wasn't really expecting but when I first tasted the chicken, woah amazing. It tastes really really delicious. It is spit-fire grilled the portuguese way. Yummmmmmmmmm!

I tell you, its worth trying! It is located at the ground floor of The Promenade in Greenhills, See yah there!!!
